The Staff of P.R.O. is made up of professional instructors and field operators with many years of experience in special operations.  In 1983 we started offering wilderness search & rescue training programs for North Texas responders.  From those early programs we have grown to become an international training contractor, offering training in technical rope rescue, swiftwater boat handling and flood operations, structural collapse SAR, helicopter operations, and aircrew survival. 

In addition to our training programs, P.R.O. offers  equipment sales, consulting, training simulation effects, motorsports safety, and full service aviation life support / parachute rigging. 

Many of our staff have over 25 years of experience in Multi-Agency Incident Command Operations, and are active members of Urban Search & Rescue (USAR) programs.
